Where do you ship, and is shipping free?

We ship across India, and shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is final and inclusive of all taxes.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. We ship via Delhivery and Shiprocket, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return or exchange my sandals?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The sandals must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are limited to one per order. Products purchased on sale cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

Is there a charge for returns?

Rs. 150 is deducted from your refund towards return shipping. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, we will arrange a reverse pick-up and ship out the correct one at the same time, free of charge.

How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned product and completing a quality check. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already shipped.

How do I start a return, exchange or cancellation?

Raise a request from your Account, under Orders, or write to us at contactus@solefry.com or call 022-40761134. Once you let us know, we will arrange a courier pickup from your address.

What are Sole Fry sandals made of?

Our sandals are handcrafted in India from genuine leather. Lining, insole and sole details are listed on each product page.

How do I find my size?

Our sandals are true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend you size up. See our size guide for insole lengths in millimetres.

How do I care for my sandals?

  • Clean gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
  • Avoid water or moisture. If they get wet, wipe with a cloth and let them air dry.
  • Rotate your pairs regularly to maintain their shape and durability.
  • Store in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid plastic bags.
